Barbara Ann TerBorch, 82, Lake City

Barbara Ann TerBorch, 82, Lake City, died Saturday at home. Born April 10, 1926, in Red Wing to Vernie and Marcella (Lilleblad) Johnson, she grew up in Lake City and graduated from Lincoln High School in 1944. She married Lowell "Babe" TerBorch on July 17, 1958, at St. John's Lutheran Church in Lake City. She was a member of Bethany Lutheran Church in Lake City, Lake City VFW Ladies Auxiliary and Rural Letter Carriers Ladies Auxiliary. She was a member of Lake City Golf Course for more than 50 years. She also enjoyed bowling, knitting and cross stitching, and dogs.

She is survived by her husband; a daughter, Teri (Robert) Perez of Rochester; and two grandchildren. She was preceded in death by her brother, Gary Johnson.

Funeral will be at 1 p.m. Wednesday at Bethany Lutheran Church with the Rev. Bruce Stam officiating. Burial will be in the church cemetery. Visitation will be from 5 to 7 p.m. today at the Mahn Family Funeral Home, Anderson-Peterson Chapel Lake City, and one hour before the service Wednesday at the church. Memorials are preferred.
