Wisconsin Public Radio to air forum for 91st Assembly District Democratic candidates
Wisconsin Public Radio’s “The West Side” will feature Democratic candidates running to fill the 91st Assembly seat being left open by retiring Rep. Bobby Gronemus, D-Whitehall.
Wisconsin Public Radio’s “The West Side” will feature Democratic candidates running to fill the 91st Assembly seat being left open by retiring Rep. Bobby Gronemus, D-Whitehall.
The two-hour special call-in political forum will air on Aug. 25 starting at 5 p.m. on 88.7 WRFW in River Falls and 88.3 WHWC in Menomonie/Eau Claire.
From 5-6 p.m. Steve Boe, Taylor; Chris Danou, Trempealeau; and John Kimmel, Arcadia, will be interviewed by Mary Jo Wagner, WPR’s regional news bureau chief.
James Kraft, Durand; Marge Baecker, Independence; and Remy Ceci, Pepin, will be on from 6-7 p.m.
The primary will be held on Sept. 9.
The 91st Assembly District includes the towns of Ellsworth, Union, Maiden Rock, Martell, Isabelle, Hartland and Salem in Pierce County.
In Pepin County the district covers all towns except Albany and Lima.
The district also covers all of Buffalo and Trempealeau counties and in Jackson County the Town of Springfield.
