Bloodmobile collects 201 pints

The American Red Cross Bloodmobile collected 201 pints of blood Aug. 14 and 15 while at United Lutheran Church in Red Wing.

There were 13 first-time donors, including nine 16-year-olds.

The following donors were honored for a special number of gallons:

• 1 gallon: Jeanne Allar, Melissa Larson, Kathy Silverthorn, Margaret Timmersman

• 3 gallons: Beryl Anderson, Phyllis Kullberg, Margaret Trebil.

• 4 gallons: Jane Heins

• 5 gallons: James Luetke, Kevin Seversol

• 6 gallons: Richard Johnson, Douglas Nichols, David Stricker

• 7 gallons: Thomas Gerdes, Bernell Gernentz, Ronnie Thompson

• 8 gallons: Clair Anderson, Neal Newman

• 10 gallons: Linda Ledgerding, Naomi Lenway, Robert Osgood

• 19 gallons: Larry Wiederich

• 20 gallons: Barry Preble
