Fundraiser planned in memory of Bauer
Al Bauer Sr. died in an automobile accident Nov. 23, 2007, on Highway 35 near Diamond Bluff at age 57. Friends and family of "Big Al" will hold a fundraiser in his memory Saturday and Sunday in Bay City.
Al Bauer Sr. died in an automobile accident Nov. 23, 2007, on Highway 35 near Diamond Bluff at age 57. Friends and family of "Big Al" will hold a fundraiser in his memory Saturday and Sunday in Bay City.
A softball tournament is planned for both days at the Bay City Bombers baseball field, with a silent auction from 4 to 8 p.m. Saturday at Mike's Baytown Bar and Grill in Bay City. All proceeds raised from the memorial will go to various non-profit organizations.
