Events begin at about 6 p.m., unless otherwise noted. The neighborhoods are:

• Jordan Towers (beginning at 5 p.m.)

• Wright Street park

• 500 block of Ninth Street

• Trailside Acres

• South Park

• Eagle Ridge Apartments

• Prairia/Putnam

• Hillcrest

• Sun Valley Park

• Pepin Woods

• Oak Grove Court

• Harding Street

• Red Fox Drive

• Maple Hills (beginning at 3:30 p.m.)

• Frenn Avenue

• 807 W. Third St.

• Bryan Drive/Cannondale Court

• 1000 W. Third St. (alley)

• Aspen Avenue

• Jefferson School

• Birchwood/Red Oak

• Potter Ridge

• Kosec Drive
