Corps to hold public meeting aboard tugboat in Red Wing
The U.S. Army Corps of Engineers announced Tuesday that officials will hold a public meeting Aug. 11 aboard a massive Mississippi River tugboat in Red Wing.
The U.S. Army Corps of Engineers announced Tuesday that officials will hold a public meeting Aug. 11 aboard a massive Mississippi River tugboat in Red Wing.
The commander of the corps’ St. Paul district will provide a summary report on area projects. The public can comment on the corps’ Upper Mississippi work.
The meeting will be held aboard the motor vessel Mississippi, the largest working towboat on the river. The meeting will run from 9 to 11 a.m. Call corps officials at (651) 290-5201 for more information, including handicap accessibility.
