Leo Smith's Artist Signing July 19 at Marine Museum

The Minnesota Marine Art Museum will host artist Leo Smith for a signing on Saturday, July 19 from 11 a.m. to 2 p.m.

The Minnesota Marine Art Museum will host artist Leo Smith for a signing on Saturday, July 19 from 11 a.m. to 2 p.m.

The Museum owns more than 400 original Smith Folk Art carvings and bronze molds and is the exclusive retailer of limited-edition Smith reproductions. The public is invited to bring in reproductions for signing or to purchase a reproduction from a variety of works available in the Museum gift store.

As part of the Museum’s current membership drive, anyone purchasing a membership at the door can receive his or her choice of a small Smith reproduction (a gift valued at $25). Choices include Dream Bear, Puddle Jumper Frog, Needle Nose Turtle or Little Otter, all of which are available while supplies last.

The Museum is open from 10 a.m. to 8 p.m. Tuesdays, from 10 a.m. to 5 p.m. Wednesdays through Saturdays, and from 11 a.m. to 5 p.m. Sundays. Admission costs $6 for adults and seniors, $3 for students and is free for children age 4 and under.
