If you are entering grades 7 through 12 this fall, the summer reading contest is for you. Here’s how it works:
• Read any age-appropriate book or listen to a book on CD/tape beginning June 30.
• Fill out a review entry form at the Red Wing Public Library.
• Drop your first entry form off at the Reference Desk to receive a prize: a transformation pen.
Entries completed after the first one may be dropped in the designated box in the Teen Area. Two names will be drawn weekly beginning July 3 to receive a $5 Target gift card.
The box will be emptied weekly after the first drawing, so keep reading and enter as often as you complete a book or book on CD/tape. All entries will be returned to the box for a final drawing Aug. 1 for the grand prize of a $25 gift card.
