Land owned by Goodhue County since 1925 will be transferred to a Welch Township property owner.

Land owned by Goodhue County since 1925 will be transferred to a Welch Township property owner.
The county-owned parcels intersect the landowner’s properties. County officials have determined the county has no interest in retaining the land.
