Robert Cady, 61, Ellsworth

Robert Harvey Cady, 61, Ellsworth, died Saturday at his home. Born Aug. 5, 1946, in Red Wing to Reuben and Harriet (Tollison) Cady, he grew up in Maiden Rock and lived on the family farm until moving to Ellsworth with his mother in 1975. In 1992, he moved to the Strom Home's where he lived since. He worked for Pro-Act for many years in Ellsworth and Red Wing. He loved Spiderman and All-Star Wrestling.

Survivors include three brothers and two sisters, Allen (Elna), Spring Valley, Wis.; Elroy (Gail), South St. Paul; Carol (Bertil) Weberg, Maiden Rock, Wis.; Curtis (Sheila), Belle Plaine, Minn.; Jackie (Calvin) Emerson, Farmington, Minn.; and many nieces and nephews. He was preceded in death by his parents.

Funeral will be 2 p.m. Thursday at the Hill Funeral Home, Ellsworth, with the Rev. Phil Bloomdahl officiating. Burial will be in Union Cemetery, Plum City. Visitation will be for one hour before the service.
