Ebenezer gets A-plus report card from state Department of Health
The Minnesota Department of Health recently surveyed Ebenezer at Fairview Red Wing and gave it a deficiency-free report, something new buildings seldom receive. The results can be found at www.health.state.mn.us.
The Minnesota Department of Health recently surveyed Ebenezer at Fairview Red Wing and gave it a deficiency-free report, something new buildings seldom receive. The results can be found at www.health.state.mn.us.
“This is a great accomplishment for a new facility like ours,” said Lucy Boxrud, housing director.“We are very pleased and proud of our team here at Ebenezer and are excited to receive such a high rating from DHS.”
Ebenezer at Fairview opened in June 2007.
