Sustainability Film Festival under way
Activities leading up to the April 19 Earth Day celebration continue with the Sustainability Film Festival. The film showings, sponsored by Sustain Red Wing, are free and open to the public.
Activities leading up to the April 19 Earth Day celebration continue with the Sustainability Film Festival. The film showings, sponsored by Sustain Red Wing, are free and open to the public.
“The Natural Step for Communities” will be show at 6:30 p.m. March 28 in the ELC building at the Anderson Center at Tower View. “Sustainable Capitalism: A Case for Common Sense” will be show at 6:30 p.m. April 2 and at 4:30 p.m. April 3 in the Foot Room at Red Wing Public Library. It also will be shown at 6 p.m. April 22 at the Anderson Center.
Earth Day 2008 will feature a variety of activities including speakers and workshops at Red Wing High School, a Resource Fair, tours and a musical celebration at Hobgoblin Music. For information, call (651) 388-2423, (651) 388-0333 or (651) 385-8208.
