A Mazeppa woman died Tuesday in a car crash east of Mazeppa on County Road 7.
A Mazeppa woman died Tuesday in a car crash east of Mazeppa on County Road 7.
Darlene Freiheit was alone in her vehicle shortly before 6 p.m. when she rounded a sharp curve and struck a tree, according to authorities.
The car was fully engulfed when emergency personnel arrived on scene. The use of alcohol was not a factor in the crash, according to authorities.
