Blue Ribbon Travel wins excellence award

Blue Ribbon Travel has won the prestigious American Express Travel 2007 Representative Excellence Award, which recognizes strong performance in sales and customer service. Blue Ribbon Travel will be honored on a seven-day trip to South Africa hosted by the American Express Retail Travel Network, in partnership with Abercrombie & Kent, South African Tourism and South African Airways.

“It took determination, focus and a lot of hard work to attain the level of performance required to receive a Representative Excellence Award,” said Ellen Bettridge, vice president, U.S. Retail Travel Network, American Express Travel.

Blue Ribbon Travel purchased First Choice Travel in 2006 and took over the Red Wing location.
