Plum City library holding annual tourney fundraiser
The Plum City Public Library will be hosting its annual 3-on-3 basketball tournament March 14-15 at the Plum City High School. Boys and girls in grades 4-8 are eligible to form a team of four or five players to enter the competition. Deadline for entries is March 5.
The Plum City Public Library will be hosting its annual 3-on-3 basketball tournament March 14-15 at the Plum City High School. Boys and girls in grades 4-8 are eligible to form a team of four or five players to enter the competition. Deadline for entries is March 5.
Divisions are determined by the grade the players are currently in. Each team is guaranteed three games. Individual prizes will be awarded to each member of the first-, second- and third-place teams. Entrance fee is $50 per team. Entries are accepted in the order of first paid entry fees. Entry blanks are available at the library, (715) 647-3021. Volunteers are needed to help at the tournament. Anyone interested in working may sign up for a two-hour session by calling Jacquie or Holly at the library.
Spectator viewing is encouraged and welcomed. Admission is $1.
