Business, organizations, churches and individual volunteers are being lined up now for the 2008 Earth Day celebration, which will be April 19 at Red Wing High School and other locations. The day will include keynote speakers — Terry Gips and Kelly Cain — on sustainability, workshops, a resource fair, a sustainability in action tour, and a musical celebration at Hobgoblin Music.

Organizers are looking for businesses and organizations to exhibit at the resource fair and be on the sustainability in action tour, which also will include residences, financial partners, and volunteers to serve in a variety of capacities.

Deadline to be included in marketing materials is March 19. For details or to register, write Judith Williams at 1502 W. Fourth St., Red Wing MN 55066, e-mail cardinalbluff@redwing.net, (651) 388-2423; or Jesse Eiynck, e-mail jeiynck@gmail.com, (651) 388-1971.
