Second fund is established to aid murder victim’s family

A second fund has been established to cover the expense of returning a murder victim's body to his home country of Guatemala.

Friends of the Luis Orlando Galicia Mijangos family set up an account at Wells Fargo's Red Wing branch. The group hopes to raise $8,000. Checks can be made to the Omar Orlando Galicia Memorial Account. He was shot and killed Jan. 20 in Red Wing.
