Wingers fall in first home meet

Injuries and illnesses are keeping the Red Wing gymnastics team from fielding its full team and the Wingers lost Tuesday night against Chanhassen/Chaska in Red Wing.

"Each meet, we seem to have a few people not competing due to illness or due to soreness," Red Wing head coach Beth Mayer said. "That's happening because they're not year-round gymnasts."
