Viola Anna (Jablonske) Hauth, 94, of Red Wing
Viola Anna (Jablonske) Hauth, 94, of Red Wing, died Saturday, July 11, 2009, at Deer Crest in Red Wing. She was born Aug. 29, 1914, in Alma, Wis., to Ferdinand and Wilhelmina (Bloom) Wills. She attended school in Lake City and on Nov. 28, 1934, she was married to Ernest Jablonske. She worked at Durkee Atwood and Red Wing Industries. Ernest died on Oct. 26, 1966. On July 15, 1972, she was married to Raymond Hauth. He died on Jan. 28, 1985. She was a member of St. Paul's Lutheran Church and enjoyed gardening, embroidering, dancing to old-time music and fishing. Her family remembers how she enjoyed spending time with her family and traveling, especially to Hawaii, visiting there 12 times, and also Arizona.
Survivors include three sons, Marvin Jablonske, Maurice (Marcia) Jablonske and Dennis (Janet) Jablonske, all of Red Wing; and one daughter, Sheryle (Kenneth) Wood of Hager City; 10 grandchildren, 19 great-grandchildren and two great-great-grandchildren; and nieces and nephews. She is preceded in death by her two husbands, three sisters, one brother and three great-grandchildren.
Funeral will be 11 a.m. Wednesday, July 15, at St. Paul's Lutheran Church with the Rev. Kristen Schlauderaff officiating. Burial will be in the St. John's Cemetery. Pallbearers will be Michael, Dennis and Scott and Steven Jablonske, Rory, Corey and Mitchell Raebel. Honorary pallbearers will be Deborah Jablonske, Meloney Raebel and Blake Olson. Visitation will be 6 to 8 p.m. today Mahn Family Funeral Home, Bodelson-Mahn Chapel and at the church for one hour prior to the service.
