ADVERTISEMENT FOR BIDS
2014 3RD STREET IMPROVEMENTS
CITY OF GOODHUE, MINNESOTA
ENGINEER PROJECT NO. 13-16002
Sealed Bids for the construction of the 2014 3rd Street Improvements will be received by the City of Goodhue, Minnesota, at the office of the Owner, 405 Broadway Street North, Goodhue, Minnesota 55027 until 3:00 PM local time on April 9, 2014, at which time the Bids received will be publicly opened and read. The Project consists of the reconstruction of three city blocks of roadway including watermain, sanitary sewer, storm sewer, grading, curb and gutter, paving, and other related improvements as indicated in the project manual..
Bids will be received for a single prime Contract. Bids shall be on a unit price basis as indicated in the Bid Form.
The Issuing Office for the Bidding Documents is: I&S Group, Inc., 1415 Town Square Lane, Faribault, Minnesota 55021, phone number (507) 331-1500, contact Andy Brandel, email email@example.com. Prospective Bidders may examine the Bidding Documents at the Issuing Office on Mondays through Fridays between the hours of 8:30 AM through 4:30 PM, and may obtain copies of the Bidding Documents from the Issuing Office as described below.
Bidding Documents also may be examined online at Quest Construction Data Network, www.questcdn.com. The QuestCDN eBidDoc number is 3169434.
Bidding Documents may also be viewed and ordered online by registering with the Issuing Office at www.questcdn.com. Following registration, complete sets of Bidding Documents may be downloaded from the Issuing Offices website or website listed in the advertisement as zipped portable document format (PDF) files. The non-refundable fee for downloading Bidding Documents is $20.00. The cost of printed Bidding Documents from the Issuing Office will be a non-refundable fee of $75.00. For documents that must be delivered, the total fee will be $100.00. Checks for Bidding Documents shall be payable to " I&S Group, Inc.". Upon Issuing Offices receipt of payment, printed Bidding Documents will be issued to the Bidder via delivery or made available for in-person pick-up. The date that the Bidding Documents are transmitted by the Issuing Office will be considered the Bidders date of receipt of the Bidding Documents. Partial sets of the Bidding Documents will not be available from the Issuing Office.
Bid security shall be furnished in accordance with the Instructions to Bidders.
