Richard Oliver "Dick" Clark, 63, of Sebastian, Fla.
Mr. Richard Oliver "Dick" Clark, 63, of Sebastian, Fla., died Saturday, Sept. 19, at the VNA Hospice House, Vero Beach, Fla. He was born in Bridgeton, N.J., and lived in Sebastian for eight years, coming from Hastings, Minn.
He was a computer engineer and one of the founders of Star Tech Computers in Red Wing. He was a member of St. Sebastian Catholic Church and a former member of St. Elizabeth Ann Seaton Catholic Church, Hastings. He was a member of the Sebastian Elks Lodge. He served in the U.S. Air Force during Vietnam.
Survivors include his wife of 22 years, Mary Clark of Sebastian; daughter, Tracy Morse of Dallas, Texas; mother, Doris Clark of Barefoot Bay, Fla.; aunt, Virginia Snead of Bridgeton, N.J.; and one grandchild. He was preceded in death by his father, Charles; and his brother, Robert.

Funeral will be at 10 a.m. Saturday, Oct. 3, at Cannon River Lutheran Church with the Rev. Robert Albing officiating. Interment and military honors will follow in the church cemetery.
