AN ORDINANCE AMENDING CHAPTER 11 OF THE ZONING LAND USE REGULATIONS
THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF RED WING DOES ORDAIN:
SECTION 1: Chapter 11 of the City Code is hereby amended by deleting the over struck language and inserting the underlined language as shown below:
DIVISION 10: DEFINITIONS
10-040 Definitions of Use Types and Classifications. For the purposes of this ordinance, the words and phrases listed below in this section shall have the meanings described below.
(0.25) Accessory Commercial Apartment (Upper Level) - A suite of rooms or a room with permanent cooking facilities arranged and intended for a place of residence of a single family or group of individuals living together as a single housekeeping unit that is located above the main level of a commercially used or zoned building, and which is accessory to the main use of the building.
(0.50) Accessory Commercial Apartment (Main Level or Lower Level) - A suite of rooms or a room with permanent cooking facilities arranged and intended for a place of residence of a single family or group of individuals living together as a single housekeeping unit that is located on or below the main level of a commercially used or zoned building, and which is accessory to the main use of the building.

SECTION 2. Effective Date: This Ordinance is effective 14 days following the publication of the ordinance in accordance with the City Charter.
