HAGER CITY -- A motorcyclist from Red Wing was transported by ambulance and authorities are asking the public's help to locate another motorcycle and the rider involved in the injury accident on Saturday evening.

Pierce County sheriff's deputy Sgt. Chad Koranda said a motorcycle driven by Benjamin Bremer, 26, was pulling from the Border Lounge parking lot onto CTH VV approximately 6:36 p.m., Saturday, April 19th, when he was struck by a maroon motocycle driven by a man with a woman passenger on board. The pair subsequently fled the scene.

Koranda noted that the maroon motorcycle may have minor front-end and side damage. No direction of travel nor other details were provided.

Bremer was transported by Red Wing Fire Department ambulance to the Mayo Clinic Health System in Red Wing for treatment of unknown injuries.

Ellsworth firefighters also assisted at the crash scene.
