Halloween festivities are for all ages
Kids of all ages can celebrate Halloween in area communities.

Instead, Cannon Falls offers Trick or Treat Trot from 4 to 5 p.m. Friday. Children and their parents can walk door to door on the downtown sidewalks, collecting treats at participating businesses.
