FORECLOSURE SALE
NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN, that default has occurred in the conditions of a mortgage dated August 25, 1988, executed by Todd E. Peterson and Carrie C. Peterson, as mortgagor(s) to The Goodhue County National Bank of Red Wing as mortgagee in the original principal amount of Seventy-two Thousand ($72,000.00) Dollars, recorded with the Goodhue County Recorder, State of Minnesota, on August 25, 1988, as doc. no. 322314; that all pre-foreclosure requirements have been complied with; that no action or proceeding has been instituted at law to recover any part of the debt secured by said mortgage; that there is claimed to be due thereon the sum of Twenty-seven Thousand Three Hundred Seventy-two and 50/100 ($27,372.50) Dollars on this date; and that pursuant to the power of sale therein the mortgage will be foreclosed and the property in Goodhue County, Minnesota, described as follows:
Part of Government Lot Four (4) of Section Thirty-one (31), in Township One Hundred Thirteen (113) North, of Range Fourteen (14) West, in the City of Red Wing, County of Goodhue and State of Minnesota, described as follows:
From a stone monument at the southwest corner of Sunnyside Rearrangement of part of Kost and Crescy’s Addition to the City of Red Wing (also being the southwest corner of Lot twenty (20) of said Rearrangement), run south 32 degrees 28 minutes west 383 feet to an iron monument for the place of beginning of tract to be described, thence deflect to the left at an angle of 90 degrees for 175 feet, thence deflect to the right at an angle 90° for 160 feet, thence deflect to the right at an angle of 90 degrees for 175 feet to the public highway, thence deflect to the right at an angle of 90 degrees for 160 feet to the place of beginning.

will be sold by the sheriff of said county at public auction on September 11, 2013, at 10:00 o\'clock A.M. at Sheriff’s Office, Law Enforcement Center, 430 West Sixth Street, Red Wing, Minnesota, to pay the debt secured by the mortgage, including costs and attorneys\' fees allowed by law subject to redemption by the mortgagor(s), their heirs or assigns, within twelve (12) months from the date of sale. The mortgagor(s) must vacate the property on or before 11:59 p.m. on September 11, 2014, if (i) the mortgage is not reinstated under §580.30, or (ii) the property is not redeemed under §580.23.
