“I can’t wait to see the kids with short sleeves on. They might play better. It was a good effort in junky weather,” said Lake City head coach Steve Randgaard.

Emily Schimbeno led Lake City with an 82, but finished two strokes behind Lewiston-Altura/Fillmore Central’s Elizabeth Hennessy who took medalist honors with an 80.

Lexi Geolat (84), Claire Gruber (87) and Lidia Wallerich (87) rounded out the scoring for the Tigers at 340. Wabasha-Kellogg 396 and Lewiston-Altura/Fillmore Central’s 407 rounded out the top three.
