Cannon Falls got roughed up by the Hiawatha Valley League Blue Division’s top team as second-ranked (2A) Kenyon-Wanamingo won 68-35 Friday in Cannon Falls.

The Knights got a balanced scoring effort with 13 points apiece from Siri Sviggum and Brittney Flom, nine points from Audra Clark and eight points from Mara Quam.

Maggie Rutter had seven points and nine rebounds for the Bombers, while Leah Meyers came up with a team-high eight points. Ashly Serres had three assists, and Callie Loeschke came up with three steals in the loss.

Cannon Falls (4-19, 1-15 HVL) has a trio of games to close out the regular season this week, with Glenville-Emmons on Monday, Lake City on Tuesday and Triton on Thursday.
