Editorial: So vote!
Americans head to the polls Tuesday to elect a president. Locally, they will elect U.S. and state senators and representatives, county, city and school officials, state Supreme Court and district judges and, in a few cases, township officers.
Citizens also can cast votes on a school referendum and local sales tax, plus state amendments to require voter ID at the polls and to define marriage.
There are many compelling reasons to vote this year. Pick one and we'll see you at the polls.
