All that part of Lot Two (2) in Block Seven (7) of Freeborn and Co\'s Addition to the City of Red Wing, commencing at the Northwesterly corner of Lot Two (2) in Block Seven (7) of Freeborn and Co\'s Addition, thence South 53 degrees 10 minutes East 126.10 feet for a point of beginning; thence South 34 degrees 30 minutes West 292.5 feet, thence South 86 degrees West 20.44 feet, thence North 34 degrees West 292.5 feet, thence South 86 degrees West 20.44 feet, thence North 34 degrees 30 minutes East 305.9 feet, thence South 53 degrees 10 minutes East 16.01 feet to a point of beginning, the same being conveyed to the said City for a public Alley.
