Game recap: The Bears scored six runs in the sixth and five runs in the seventh Sunday to finish third in the Dewey Tauer Tournament.


Difference maker: The Bears drew 11 walks at the Red Wing Athletic Field.

Top players: Robert Burr pitched 2 2/3 innings in the semifinals Saturday night and pitched six more innings against the Millers.

"He told me last night he wanted another shot at it," Bears player/manager Keith Meyers said. "He threw well."

Burr was tagged for two runs and three hits.

Cannon Falls' Rich Burr and Nick Nobach each had RBI singles in the sixth inning while Logan Godfrey hit an RBI double in the second.
