Seventeen fiber and jewelry artists will show their diverse works during Crossings' 10th annual Fabrications exhibit, open now through Dec. 31.

Wrap bracelets, wall hangings, naturally dyed scarves, batiks, vintage fabric wearables and more can be viewed during Crossings' holiday open hours.

A reception will be held from 2 to 4 p.m. Saturday Dec. 7.

Red Wing local Mette Biering Christiansen uses natural dyes derived from a variety of plants including grapes and madder to make silk scarves and wool wall-hangings.

Christiansen will teach classes in dying silk scarves and wool with natural dyes at Crossings in early next year.

Crossings holiday open hours are in effect now through Dec. 24 including 10 a.m. to 5 p.m. Mondays, Tuesdays and Fridays; 10 a.m. to 8 p.m. Wednesdays and Thursdays; 10 a.m. to 4 p.m. Saturdays; 11 a.m. to 3 p.m. Sundays.

The Anderson Center will holds its Holiday Celebration of the Arts.
