Red Wing Smoke Shop on South Tyler Road would no longer be allowed to let customers sample electronic cigarette liquid under proposed amendments to the city ordinance. New restrictions debated by City Council on Monday also include a ban on using e-cigarettes inside workplaces and public buildings, as well as prohibiting them and conventional tobacco smoking within 15 feet of entrances and exits.
